Plain terms for a service that hands one person control over another person's device.
Adults only
You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live — whichever is higher.
Consent is the whole product
A code hands control of a real device to whoever holds it. Give one only to someone you trust, and take one only from someone you trust.
Either side can stop at any moment. The stop control never waits its turn, and the person who issued the code can revoke it instantly.
What you may not do
Do not use the service to coerce, harass or reach anyone who has not agreed to it.
Do not pass a code to a third party. Do not use it on anyone who cannot consent.
Codes end
A code lives five hours unless it is extended, then stops working. Revoked codes stop immediately.
Sessions are not archived and cannot be replayed.
The hardware is not ours
Devices are made by other companies. We send commands to them. We do not manufacture, warrant or service the hardware.
No warranty
The service is provided as it is. Connections drop, batteries die, networks fail.
Do not rely on it in any situation where a failure would be unsafe.
We can end access
We may revoke a code or close a panel account used against these terms.
